Is it possible to convert from H1b to H4?

Hi,

 

Am currently on a H4 visa, and now I have applied for H1b.

 

In case due to personal reasons, If I want to quit job and then can i again apply for H4 ,after getting my H1b ?.

Once you have moved from H4 status to H1B, you will have to apply for COS to move back to H4 status.

You have 2 options:

  1. File COS from H-1 to H-4 (like Sujith mentioned)

  2. Leave US, and enter on stamped H-4 visa
