Is it ok to transfer Sevis while H1b is pending since CPT don't have any capgap?

I am currently working on CPT and I20 is expiring by the end of the June 2018.My H1b got picked up this year… Is it ok to tranfer my SEVIS to different school while my H1b is pending?
