My husband is in Irvine CA on L 1 visa. I am applying for L 2. Is it mandatory to fill U S Contact address near by his company or from the same city? Can I put any address instead of Irvine?
If you are a dependent why would you not be living in the same city?
L-2 is a family reunion visa. If the applicants are living in different cities then that doesn’t serve the original purpose of the visa. You guys should be living together and put the same address, else it may lead to additional questioning.
