What is the opinion on paying to consultancy for a H1B petition process? Myself an experienced IT professional have worked with MNCs in the past. Will the H1B process and visa interviews be tough if the candidates come apply through the consultancies. Is there chance to get good projects or clients if one choose this?

Its usually almost always a red flag when a consultancy asks for money to file H1. Visa interview would depend upon how the case is presented. Usually these consultancies will make a petition for an internal project and get the candidate’s H1 interview done. Once they are here they would find clients and file for LCA and amendment.
