Hi All,
I got my visa stamped and ready to fly to US . I applied for H1 thru a consultancy . Presently i dont have a project with my employer . I have to search for a job there . Speaking out of the box how much time does it take to get a job in US . I am working on a non hot technology for now ,so my employer is sayn he will market with othe technology .Can i get a job in 2 months atleast coz on H1 i shoudnt be on bench and the consultancies dont pay on bench but generate pay slips
