Is it advisable to upgrade to PP after sending the RFE response?Does it decrease the chance of approval if the premium processing is from a genuine consultant ? I have applied from H4 to H1 conversion and my wife might have to move out after october end. Received an RFE on 4th Sept so planning to upgrade to PP. Please advise
Not sure if you can upgrade your application to premium processing once you receive a RFE. Before receiving RFE you can definetly convert it to Premium.
