Is it a problem if surname of wife is different than husband surname for any visa?

I have highlighted surname.

My details in passport: Given Name :Raju Kumar Surname:Puli Chela Father’s Name:Prasad Puli Mother’s Name:Sarika Puli Spouse Name:Usha PuliMy details in documents[10th/12th/Aadhar…]: Name:PC Raju Kumar

If I get my passport for my wife/son/daughter as: Given Name:Usha Surname:PuliDoes it create any problem for H1B/H4 visas or any other visas?

Please make a note that I have B1/B2 visa and traveled to US for couple of times and did not face any issues?

Are the names mentioned in the passport the correct names and how you want to show-up on H-1 visa stamps? If yes, then it all fine.

There is a question in DS-160 form which asks whether you have ever been known with a different name. There you can mention the other names.

Thank you for the comments.
