Is hope about to die?

I just found this:

On May 2, 2014, USCIS announced that it had completed notifying all US employers whose prospective H-1B employees had been selected for processing. Unselected H-1B petitions will be returned to employers in the coming weeks.

So considering USPS takes up to 4~5 days to deliver mail, plus handling & typing on the lawyer's office, hope "for new H1B / regular processing / regular quota" would end by May 23rd. Does anyone thinks otherwise or has a different insight/oppinion?

21 to 33 days

All the best

Thank you, Dr. Shankar!
This process is beyond the conclusions we’re trying to jump in, based on outsider’s observation and on how we suppose it to be. The fact is they have 180 days to complete it, so if they take 160 just to delivery the results of the lottery, they’re still matching their SLA.

Again, thanks a lot!
