Is H1bValid even after i convert it to f1 in the past two years

I had a H1B valid from 2012, and I converted it to F1 for studies, is my H1b still valid and do i need to go through lottery process

I am currently a student and I am graduating in Dec2016

Can i still use my H1b Petition
