Is H1B Visa available for the year 2017? Also please tell if one can get an H1B visa filled if he gets a job on contract? also, how can I apply for the visa? I have experience in project management in IT. Also which is the best resourceful place or website for applying for a job application?

H1B Season is closed for this year . The next season opens on April 1st 2018, you must have an employer and job before that in order to file your application on April 1st 2018.
