Is H1B Transfer from Desi Consultancy to American Company (Not a consultancy) is safe ? After Feb 22 Rule ?

I am looking to transfer from a desi company to American well known company.

After hearing the rule on Feb 22, I am bit worried to transfer my h1b.

Not sure what to do. I do have 6 months left on my current h1b, before my consultancy will apply for extension.

It doesn’t matter which company is transfering as long as there is a job and all required documentation like client letter, vendor letter and not many layers
