Dear Experts,

I have got H1B approval for 2014 but I am not intested in the employer who got me this Visa? I want to transfer this visa on my current employer’s name some time next year.

Can my employer (who got me visa) cancel my it once they come to know that I may not join them?

is visa stamping must for H1B transfer?

does stamped visa helps in transfer?

Can employer can approved/Stamed Visa?

No, you do NOT need H1B Stamping for transfer.

No,  stamped visa does not matter for transfer.

In general, for H1B transfer you just need the H1B Approval letter, no need for stamping.
