Is der any chance of few H1 to reopen after som invalid aplcatn rejections
As h1 quota is over now, will there be any chance of few h1b slots available maybe after few rejections?
Those numbers are never given out by USCIS.
As far as I know, USCIS doesn’t mention anything about adding rejected petition count to next Fiscal Year or current FY.
If you see last year FY2012, that was the same case on Nov22nd, USCIS dint open up anything after that date.

In general USCIS accepts a few more applications than required to account for rejections. The number of application accepted above the cap is based on statistical assumptions from previous year rejection rates and this number is not revealed. Hence its safe to assume that this number is also accounted for in todays announcement.
