I got my receipt number and have been waiting for progress since late April.
My case number is WAC14139xyz88...
I have been playing around with the case status number and the case tracking website and have changed the last two digits of the case status to see how everyone else is doing.
Before this, I noticed that WAC14139xyz80 and WAC14139xyz94 were still in initial review as well but their status just got changed to RFE couple of days ago...
I am currently in the USA working under OPT in Fortune 500 companies. Non AD and regular processing
My question is:
Is USCIS doing processing based on processing number?
If yes why is mine still under initial review?
Other people who got denied or got denial status or got package returned(got receipt/lottery but denied), did your status on USCIS website changed from initial review to something else?
Will you get denied without RFE?
If you get denied, is this usually reflected on the USCIS tracking website?
What are the usual reasons for denial? (My attorney filed applications for a lot of people, I have STEM degree, working in STEM company, my company is established,no criminal history no bankruptcy)
