I have following questions regarding visa interview

  1. Are you planning to return to India?

  2. Why would you come back to India?

  3. What will you do after coming back to India?

H1B is a dual-intent VISA, so a VISA officer cannot reject a person based on the likelihood of immigration.

You need to answer your questions yourself. Parents/Property are good excuses. A good hike in position/salary with US experience is possible after returning.



I wasn't asked any such question, and I am 31 single.
