Hi, I am a recent graduate from college, with OPT starting date in mid July. My H-1B is being adjudicated, and I wonder if I can travel internationally and come back somewhen in July. My H-1B is COS, and some people say it would automatically change to CP, some say it will get denied, and some say that COS will be remained as I retain my F1 status and come back to the states. Does anyone know an answer to this question?
