Myself Avinash, My H1B petition was approved in June, 2020. I’m travelling to india for Visa stamping in June 2021, My query was, due to covid what if I get stuck in india for may be more than 1-2 months will I be permitted to enter back to USA after the situation settles?
Client had approved to work from India till the situation settles down if that’s the case. One of my friends mentioned that if we stay more than 3 months duration in india the pay will be converted as per india rate. I have verified from my attorney and they mentioned there will be no changes in the pay rate.
Would someone help me providing information on my query.
