Initial H4 visa stamping after h1b is tranfered and it is stamped with only previous employee and not current employee

I recently changed my employer and my visa is stamped with employer A but not with employer B.
My wife is planning to for H4 visa stamping(new one ).
Will this affect my wife’s h4 visa stamping since i have heard some rejections because h1 stamping was not done with employer B.

No, it will NOT. There is no such requirement that you need to have stamping with Employer B. Read H1B Stamping after Transfer
