There were cases last year, petitioner was successful and challenges in stamping with similar documentation.
One big risk I see is that USCIS or consulate can question the authenticity of the in-house project. Lot of times, in-house project is used as a sham as the employer is not able to find a real project. If this applies to your case, then you ought to be careful.
