Hi, I work in an IT company & I have an H1B VISA with which I travelled to Onsite for work. After coming back to India, my H1B VISA got amended on Premium Processing for another client & another location but I did not have to travel as the opportunity was not there anymore. Now for another client my B1 VISA was raised for which it got rejected today. Will it have any impact on my H1B Cap Exempt VISA Application Processing?
No. it wont have. Each case is based on the documents that you submit, and genuinity of the case. But definitely you will have to mention the rejection int he form while applying for stamping.
