My last year H1b went to RFE and my employer responded but it got denied and then my empoyer appeal for the same and it is moved to AAO department and petition status is coming as Intial Review in uscis case status.
As there is no time limit provided by AAO so it can take upto 1 year further.
Now my question can I apply for H1b for next year i.e for 2014-2015 through different employer as my previous year petition is still in process.
Kindly reply If some one have knowledge about it.
