My L1B and i94 expires in Februry. My employer is applying for the L1B extension. If that gets rejected and I find out in say, April, Meanwhile, if I apply for H1B and that goes thru the lottery, Can I stay in the country and wait to see if H1B gets approved? Or should I leave after I hear about the L1B extension rejection? Even if I know that H1B went thru the lottery process?
