I was in US from Jan 2001 - Nov 2007 and my GC was filed and I485 is in Progress. I left to India and working in same company. Now my company has applied H1B Visa based on my prior I140 approval under normal priority. Will there be complications in my file processing ?.
There should not be an issue.
