I have pay the fee butnot book the appointment yet

i have to change somethings on ds160 form but is submitted so if i create new will it be ok with my fee paid or i have to pay new fee

You can make changes on DS-160 form. All you need to assign the New DS-160 and make sure you allign the payment made to new DS-160 # Also you can mail helpdesk (UStraveldocs - Email can be found on the DS 160 Form). Hope this helps.
