Hi,
My I-140 is filed on premium. I can certainly tell this based on the status check in USCIS. “Your Request for Premium Processing Service for your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on XXX. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.”
I have received RFE withi 10 days and it was replied after a month. But when I checked the status I see this message “'we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER and we e-mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice.”
it’s more It’s been 3 weeks and I don’t see any response on RFE
- If case is initally filed on premium, will any RFE response always by default goes to premium mode?
or we need to file response also in premium?
- Incase if response goes to premium by default, why USCIS website doesn’t say premium second time?
I tried calling USCIS, but they are not ready to talk to me unless I’m petitioner. Please help
