If Employer changes - Will there be any problems for dependent visa filing.

Hi, I am working for Company A on H1B visa and I got a good offer from Company B, I am getting married in the month of August will there be an problem while filing dependent visa for my wife because of my company changes.

Please guide me accordingly.

Employer change doesn’t impact the outcome of dependent’s stamping. As long as you have the documents from your current employer, it should be fine.
