If a employer revokes H1B petition can any other employer process transfer

HI,

Presently i am working with consultancy-A. Due to some reasons client has ended up my project. So I have hardly one week of time. But i have offer from employer-B. They are ready to initiate the process but it will take some time. If Consultancy A revoke my H1b, i will become out of status. In that case, will it effect the H1transfer filed by employer B?can you please give suggestions based on current situation i mean govt. shutdown?

Yes, you need challenge the revoke within two weeks and then make it transfer to other employer with all the required documents.
