Hi, My H1B petition is valid till 30-sep-2014, but the visa was given for only one year 13-jun-2012 to 11-jun-2013. My I94 also expires on 11-jun-2013. my family got i94 till 30-sep-2014 with the same visa validity. explain what should be done in this scenario.
You should have received I-94 valid until your petiton expiration date.
If you have an attorney, they can file an application w/ USCIS to get this corrected. Or you can go to local CBP office and ask them to correct it.
