i140 approval soft copy is enough for job change or i need to file FOIA to get it?

Hi,

I got my i140 approved last week and i also got the soft copy of the approval notice. My employer said they wont give me hard copy of the approval notice.

  1. Do i need Hard copy to change job

  2. Do i need hard copy to port the priority date?

Or i can do everything stated above with soft copy itself?
