My i140 is approved with my current employer in Eb2. I have learnt new technology at my employer and a got a new job with this new technology. New job also has a different title than the one with my current employer.
Will there be any issue if I transfer my visa and work for new employer. What will be the impact on the Labour and i140 processing with new company.
Ask your new company’s attorney. They will help you out. Your new job/job title doesn’t have to be exact. The new company has to prove that the experience you gained in previous employment is related/usefull to your new job.
Since you will be using your previous experience/skill acquired at your new job you should be good.
