In my I129 place of birth was entered wrongly. Next month i am planning to appear for the visa stamping. How do i rectify this and how long will it take to correct it. Will it create any sought of problem for visa stamping?

You should check w/ your attorney about it as place of birth doesn’t show up on 797. Although I don’t think it would impact the outcome of stamping, you may still want to follow-up w/ attorney and see if an amendment needs to be filed w/ USCIS (before or even after the interview).
