HI ,

I would like to knwo the difference between RFE and RFERR for H1B process.

because my h1b process is in RFERR stage .

i am tensed because it is more than 90 days .

my process is at Vermont centre.

If Uscis cannot make decision with document you provided they request for more evidence to decide that is RFE. Once you provide the requested documents they again review your case along with new documents that is xalled as RFERR… Rfe response review…
