I came here to US on L1A(Sep,2008) and its visa and petition have expired. At present on i-94 which is valid till Feb,2014. Same is the case with my wife[Mar,2009] and she has I-94 valid till the same date as me and she came in US with L1B. I have few questions as below. - Will I be able to apply for L1A extension now through my Company?
- Will my wife be able to apply for L1A Conversion through the company?
- Can we both apply for H1 in the current status through a different employer here?
