I want to withdraw my H1 B Petition application

My Employer has filed a VISA pettion on behalf of me this year and it is just sent to US VISA office only not approved. I want to withdraw my Visa application from this stage as i got another opportunity. t have two quwstions:

  1. Will my employer get refund of money paid as a VISA fee once we withdraw my application.

  2. is there any impact on my future VISA application if i file it in future with another employer.

    1. shouldn’t be as long as you are ready with any questions from the visa officer in the future
