Hello, I am master student in USA, my H1b petition got picked up in the lottery in April 2017 with the Employer “A” but i never worked with him i don’t have any payroll generated on or with his company and I got RFE’s he didn’t reveal those but he responded to those RFE’s it seems. Now i got a new job offer with Employer"B" and i accepted without letting him know i am working with Employer “B” is there any possibility to transfer the unapproved (still pending) petition to Employer “B” anyways my payroll already generated here. Any help is appreciated, please let me know if i didn’t articulate my situation well.
