Good afternoon.My prospective employer filed my H1B in June 2012. My husband worked for the same Employer. He switched job and did a H1 transfer in September 2012. My H1B went to RFE in October 2012 and my prospective employer withdrew it. They explained saying they wont profit if i too move to a different company once my H1B is approved just like my husband.
I want to know if it is possible to submit RFE documents and file the same visa now?
