I need to clear both gre and toefl for ms in usa

1 . DO i need to clear both GRE and TOEFL exam or any of them is enough, I want to know the difficulty level of exam.
2 . if there is gap after my graduation wirh no work experience thwn will it going to affect my admission for ms in us.

3 .Do i need strong acadmic background for admission in us good university.
