I came to USA in 2016 through my company. I quit the company by May 2017 and doing transfer with another company. H1B transfer is happening and I got RFE for my current H1B. If RFE is not cleared can I transfer my H1B or what are the options which can make me to stay in USA.
You can definitely transfer your h1B to a new Company provided you have a valid new project. Also you must transfer before the denial of the current h1B transfer. Once denied then you won’t be able to file another transfer if your previous I-94 expires.
