I have received my H1B approval notice with the old I-94 , so can i wor ?

Hi ,

I am on H4 visa in USA. My h1B ( Change of status ) got filed in April 2013 with the I-94 ( example - #1111 ) .

In July 2013 , i travelled to India and came back in August 2013. And i recevied the new I-94 ( assume - #2222 ).

I rceived my H1B approval notice in Dec 2013 and it has still the old I-94 in the bootom ( #1111 ). We had given the new I-94 (# 2222 ) to the USCIS during the RFE response in Nov 2013 along with the docs.

My question is , Can i start working with the approval notice which has old I-94 ( #1111 ) ?

If Yes then fine , if No then What i need to do ?

Since your H1B was approved with COS, your I-94 attached with that comes into effect, I suppose.

Could you let me know what happened was there any problem in working,Have you done any cos during this time.
