Is it a wise decision to pursue my M.S the next spring ?

It totally depends on your passion and priorities. Getting H1B Visa is a difficult thing these days as it involves lottery… to avoid the lottery in future, you could start to work on H1B Visa for couple years and then choose to go back to School. With this option you will not have to go through the H1B cap again when you graduate.
