I have H1B stamped in nov 2014 and valid till sep 2015 and never travelled to US till date

As of now am working for company A who processed my Visa in 2014. But due to some reasons they didn’t send me to US and my Visa is getting Expired on sep 2015.

Now if my Visa gets expired in Sep 2015 and me never travelled to US. Will my petition be valid ???

Can Company B still process with the same petition number.
