i have completed my MCA,but last semistor and OD not there

I have completed MCA,but last year of my marks cards and Orignal Degree certs still in university.

Now i am planning to apply H1B USA ,it will take more time to get my certs…if i put fake certs…is there any problem…plz suggest me what I need to do
