I have applied H1B via 2 employers. Both are selected in lottery. Company A - Petition approved and Company B - In RFE. I’m planning to attend the stamping via Company A, as I’m not ready to proceed with company B.
2 Questions

  1. In DS 160 form what should I mention for Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS ( Should I mention about company B)? If I mention YES, what should I inform my Company A( Since Company A is not aware)
  2. What should I answer during the stamping when they ask about company B.
    Please help me ! I have been rejected twice in lottery last year, thats the reason i have to apply with 2 employers this time. Could pls help.
