Hi,
I have applied for an EAD card for my wife on 30th oct 2013. The case status for the form is ‘Initial Review’ since 15th Nov 2013.Earlier her I 94 was expiring on 17th dec 2013 but now we got it extended till 21st sept 2016.But before extension ,we applied her EAD and mailed the I 94 containing the old date ,so do we need to mail the new I94 and visa documents.
Please help us regarding that what is the necessary action to be taken.
