I have completed my Master’s from from one the reputed universities in USA and due to some family concerns i stayed back in india to support my Family. I am staying in INDIA from past 4 years and working as Linux Administrator. Now i am planning to file my H1B petition , As you know there is a huge people piled up in queue the process is in to Lottery now. I wnat to know is it possible for me to file my H1B in MS quota. Yes, you are eligible for the US Masters quota - there is no time limit on how long ago you got that degree.
