I have financial sector experience (banking & NBFC) six year. I am on H4. I dont want to pursue any MS course here (financial crunch) . Willing to undergo training .How shall I proceed ?
Does your spouse has an approved I-140? Is the spouse in 7th year H-1 extension or beyond?
No he does not have that . H1b 3rd year.
Maybe you can start looking for employers in your area and job opportunities they have. Once you go through the job requirements, you would know what you need to learn/train in order to qualify for those positions. Next you need find employers willing to sponsor your H-1.
