I got a job offer now in H4 EAD. My EAD expires by August 30. My husband visa expires by August 30. His max out is by 2020. His company applies extension only by august. Please suggest what could be option to continue my job after August 30

I think you can continue working if the extension is applied well in time, until you receive the decision on the extension. Check with your husbands’ immigration lawyer.
