i completed my engg, but i have a year gap after 2nd year will this effect in admission for MS that one year is because of one subject paper which i did not gave for some reason, other than that i have all other result first class

As long as consolidated marks sheet and degree does not reflect the gap and is not identified specifically, it is not considered during US credential evaluation processes.
