please clarify
1 – I am planning to take ms this fall and also my employeer sponcered h1-b this year.Is there any issue if i get both i20 and h1-b visa in interview.?
2 – My employeer asked to submit evaluation report --education and work experince ,however I evaluated my education documents in WES which is in progress for F1 purpose.Is it enough to submit educational evalution report to my employeer ?
3 – Is it manditory to submit educational evaluation report to file for H1-B ?
