Hello Consultants,

I am working in IT Software company having 8years of experience…My Uncle will sponsered me as they are having a green card…

Need to know on 2 queries:

I would like to know on which Visa my Uncle can sponserd me so that i could work in US for 2 or 3 years…?

Lets suppose If they sponsor Tourist Visa and i can stay 6 months but is there any way i can work or apply for any other Visa which allows me to Work in US?

Please help me …

If you want to work in US, then you need an employment visa like H-1 or L-1. Only qualifying companies can sponsor such a visa; not an uncle (unless the uncle owns the company).
